EDIT -- I misread your question. You asked mind or body. I'm not changing my answer but I understand the question now.  
____________________________________________________________________________________________________ You said to omit the face? Also, I'm assuming this is a first glance/no interaction question? Long hair, nice teeth, and a labret loop are the first things that catch my eye. Alas, if I have to list other qualities excluding the face and personality then here is the superficial list. I'm at the beach, and ... - Height! I like a guy over 6.0 since I am close to 5.11 - Lean and naturally muscular. I don't like meatheads or gym rats, and 'fluffy' men don't appeal to me. - Full sleeves! I love ink! 
- No hair on the chest/tummy/back, and light hair on the arms and legs. In the 80s I looked for the 'big bulge', but since baggy pants are the fashion trend I can't tell anymore!  
If you turn the topic back to the non physical -- then personality is a homerun! I like funny, down to earth guys that don't exhibit caveman qualities or testosterone overload.
