Everything is going well here.

I have started college once more, after a 20 year absence, skiing, family, and oh ya work. Pretty busy right now.

I do wish I could do something for you, I don't like seeing my friends bummed.

Trust me, I don't like BEING bummed. This has been very different in the sense of the depth .. but I have to step aside and give him the space he needs. Well, he gave me no choice in that lol but still.

My heart will go on. Alone, but on..

I am definitely trying to do that .. and spending most of that time while I am breathing, also praying.

I don't agree he should have to give up love for a gun. The two can work together. But he's gotta hear it from "the BOSS" .. *sigh* ..

It is Monday.
Everywhere, all over the world, wherever people see calendars and count their lives by the watch and the worries of progress, it is Friday.
It is Monday.
Really.
It is the first day of your regular life after the day of rest and worship. That is why we have our individual Mondays.
Sometimes, life takes a shift off the normal plane and we get caught up in a string of Fridays or Saturdays or Wednesdays. Rarer still, most of us have felt the gravitational force of being caught in a string of Sundays, back to back to back, and soon our smaller daily hearts and souls become introduced to the deeper matters. Those are the days when part of us wants it all to stop and to have a normal Monday, tomorrow. Part of us is allured by this sweetness that is purer and somehow strange and just being discovered---or it was once known, as a friend, but travelled away somewhere during the years of normal life. Then it comes back, and we are faced with facing who we truly are, deep inside, in our communion with the One who cares more deeply for us than we can even care for ourselves. It is an astonishing and changing look upon our truest existence, the undying but growing permanent spiritual person whom is shedding the cocoon of mortality slowly in the presence of the immortality which God is preparing us to adorn. There are not separated figmentary imaginations of that realm and future but the real and nearing constancy of living then in this now. The step across the veil is not of distance but of purity and destiny. There is but one of us, and occasionally we have stood astride that in our conscious awareness, but rarely...and to now culminate several Sundays with clearing awareness we realize that our inner wholeness with God always stands astride the veil. Always.

While our common heart and usual soul sing happily of fulfilling hopes for closeness and the truly fulfilling union of oneness with God, us, and our destined mate, there is in us that rock-solid eternal certainty that God is guiding our childhood into maturity. Each step is both for His glory and for our best destiny. We choose the path of love, of obedience (hopefully), and with assurance of constancy in forgiveness, always.

It is thus an awkward gift of goodwill for each of us to truly wish the string of Sundays to fall upon a faith-filled friend. The awkwardness is of the failure to understand that Mondays should also be included in the goodwill, to wish truly for their welfare in this normal world to come back to normalcy and constancy of joyous living through this mortal phase. Were it not supposed to be this way, God would have made it otherwise, so let us embrace fully the goodwill of Him and to pray for its implementation upon the target of our heart.

May each Monday be sweet, my friend, welcomed as the fulfillment following the Sundays of your privacy with God. I am blessed by your presence in the here and now, and I bridle my impatience for the eternal companionship that waits just across the veil.

Dear Lord

I humbly come before you and ask Lord for a hedge of protection both around our soldier and Judy. Whatever is your will father then so be it. Press on Keith's heart that where there is true love their is always a way. Give him strength Father God to do his job and make him the best soldier he can be. And protect him Lord and all of his men keep them all safe. And father I ask for healing for Judy's heart, let her know that because of her fierce Love that all is going to go according to your Will...Please Lord let Judy be there as a mighty prayer warrior for Keith and let her know in her heart of hearts that all that is in her heart right now...is right and good. In your precious Name this I pray.
