Last Tuesday i took my 21 yr old daughter to the doctor because she was very ill...MONO...cost me $88 for the office call because she has no insurance. Stopped at Walgreens got over the counter meds that were recommended, another $30. Took her home and headed off to work (late). Got pulled over because the cop said I pulled into the intersection on a yellow light that turned red while I was in the intersection..$90. (But I'm gonna fight it coz not true). Finally got to work 4 hours late, stepped off the rug by the door, slipped on the ice and got a really bad bruise/sore knee!!! Then worked 4 hours over the next day to make up my time!!! Ended up taking her to ER Friday night because she got worse. Not sure what that $$$ will be yet! But she's better, so it's OK.

Took the keys from a drunk friend ... who later puked all over his car and me. Yay fun times!

Got home so pissed, took a hose to his car and left it open over night to dry. Was it my fault it was below freezing that night? Still remember him crying about driving home while sitting on an ice cube

my little brother came over last nite to haul my garbage for me.. he took my 2 girls along with him to haul it. one of my daughters accidently slamed the other daughters hand in the truck door.. and now my baby princess has a broken hand.
fractured severly in 2 places..
my baby bro is kickin himself for it.. i know its not his fault.. but he wont listen to me.. and my older daughter is feelin guilty as hell for it..

both just trying to help. now i have a broken 4 yr old. adn 2 guilty feelin people on my hands..

I went to pick up a drunk buddy from the VFW where I used to live. He introduced me to the ladie's softball team that he was schmoozing. I ended up marrying one of them. (And yes, divorcing too).

Never again!! Walk home, call a cab, or pass out on the flippin floor !!

In our lifetime we tend to remember more the bad events then the good ones so it is hard to be sure if they even up or one as predominance over the other.
