It's all in the sauce. Anything will taste wonderful if you use the
right sauce but I'm partial to bbq pork. I think it's a Memphis thing. |

I recon if ya call a goat odd. I BBQ'd one and it was good. And yes, it
is all in the sauce. After all, I am from the BBQ capital of the world, Memphis. Hehehe I do make my own sauce, but if I posted it, I would have to shoot everybody!!! LOL

I have had squid on the bbq....Its rather chewy and i didnt really care
for it. Octopus is much better. ....but not on the bbq in a Portuguese style stew. Yummy |
