would you handle being jealous?Do you feel thats a healthy emotion? It depends on how you handle it. I don't really get jealous, so it's not an issue with me. |

re-assure myself that she likes me, and I her - jealousy is a horrible thing that takes away from the enjoyment of a relationship

i handle jealousy by thinking of other horrible things that a bigger than my problem at hand, then go to the beach and meditate, that clears my mind. and it is a healthy emotion unless u let it get outta hand

I wouldn't. I don't get jealous because people are going to do what they are going to do, so why waste the energy?

it is a healthy emotion depending on the level. everyone feels a mild form of jealousy as its a part of the human psyche.

but when it is taken to a higher level.. thats when its outta hand!! no fun with someone who's bonkers with jealousy. ps.. the outta hand version is usually caused by mistrust and/or guilt. |
