Also, pot has just as high a lung cancer risk as smoking cigarettes does if not higher. Never been proven. More likely that pot has less a risk as it has less carcinogens in the chemical reaction with fire. Not always the case (marijuana varies), but more often than not it is likely less of a risk than smoking cigarettes. Typically the more expensive (chronic) is the one with the most carcinogens, but even then they are typically far less than a cigarette. Just to balance the argument it also depends on how much is consumed in one sitting, one joint...not so bad, twelve joints...probably a problem. |

If hes a minor, i would start disciplining him really strictly, and tell him hes too young to even know about it. Confiscate everything, and educate him about it. Tell him how it can be harmful to him. Wow are you serious? 6? :(

Call the cops on my own child and let them learn a lesson. as harsh as this may sound i truly agree with you on that one. granted i've never been in trouble for drugs with the cops but my mom has had me arrested twice and charges pressed on me one other time... Now, if the child was not living at my house and was an adult well make your own decisions... |

This is about children, MahanMahan. Well, just puff and pass the joint as we discuss why our children should not be smoking pot. Personally, I will never tell my kids to do as I say, not as I do...! Luckily I have chosen to never have any kids...

even if it isn't as "bad" as other things...who gives their kids alochol and other drugs any way? so it's ok to give them pot because it's not as bad????
