No. I am not sure my friend is serious enough to commit to this. He actually said he needs someone motivating him, but I don't want to have to take that role. I know he'd end up resenting me. I'm waiting to see him show some real initiative,I told him I am willing to take the risk of starting a business if he's willing to commit too, but not the risk that he will bailout half way through it. He has a history of not finishing projects. Yeah. That would definitely be a bad thing. But then again...if you make it profitable and he bails, then you keep the profits. Could work out for you, actually. Nope, he'd wants to own the building outright, trading his proerty for the down payment & the owners financeing the balance. He'd be living in the apartment upstairs, my investment would be the initial operating costs. I would be risking much more, He can always live there & go back to driving a truck, I would be giving up a stable job & risking my credit rating. He couldn't even finance his car without my co signature. I need to see more excitement from him. |

looks like without some additional inquiring minds, this thread is heading for places beyond the first page? It's been a riot, though! You rock! |

Why do people give other people a hard time? Because they can?? To get a reaction? Because they have nothing better to do? Or in my case...because it's fun and I make people laugh when I do it. lol |

Unless they don't want to get sued for some unfortunate accident when there is more than one person in the tub...lol |

How fast can an antelope run? Slightly slower than the lions that want to chew it's ass off. |

Why are crime shows so popular these days? I have absolutely no idea. I pretty much gave up on them when they made the third CSI series....lol |

How much does a squirrel need to eat over the warm months in order to make it through the winter? I'm not sure. But in the local newspaper the other day, there was a story about there being an acorn shortage. Poor squirrels just can't seem to get a nut these days. |

You've helped keep it going for this long. I'll bump it every day if I have to. Besides. It still needs to be around just in case you come up with something else...lmao |

Who was the adorable little redheaded boy who was behind Obama & Roberts yesterday while the oath was being taken? Was that a Biden grandchild?
