Oh yea baby.....see why this woman is my BFF......she is the lucy to my ethel........gigglesnort  Thanks for the dedication Miss Debbie, but this thread isn't about me, it is about everyone.
The sad part about this is that liars, phonies and so-called "friends" can/will break your heart  whether intentional or not, it happens. When someone professs to be your "friend", it should mean all the time, not when it is convenient for them or when they need something. I have learned this the hard way and now I have closed my heart to people (meaning no one will ever get in it again) because of failures on the part of my "friends".
Thank you Miss Debbie  , again for the dedication I am actually going to start......liers hate em, have no use for em........Especially the ones that have been caught red handed lying and they still keep up the farce....make me want to blow chuncks....liers will always be had it's just a matter of time.....and when they are it so blows up

yes no yes no arr arr arr Why lie? I used to do it all the time and I used these rationalizations.... 1...lie to get laid. 2...lie to keep the peace..at least temporarily. 3...lie to spare someones feelings. 4...lie to make myself look like less of an idiot (there is an oxymoron for ya) But, years pass as they tend to do....I have eventually figured out that BS accomplishes nothing. At this point I find it much easier to just be flat out honest. However I still try to spare feelings when possible...I don't use lies though..I go off the precept of "Some things are better left unsaid"... |

That old adage about "if you can't say something nice don't say anything at all" does have it's place! Sometimes though, you have to say whatever it is and it will hurt people - so do it with as much love as possible, own what you've said and move on. The real art is learning when to open and when to shut your mouth to the best benefit of all concerned... You are a smart woman Galen! Hope you are having a groovy Sunday! i hope you BOTH have groovin sunday afternoons .. wasn't that a song?

And this is what has happened, hurt, yes, will I get past it, yes, but it will take time.
And what makes it worse is that the person who usually doesn't open their hearts to others for the fear of getting hurt....Put those damn walls right back up...Then the true friends have to try once again one brick at a time to take em down.....THINK PEOPLE BEFORE YOU ACT.....ALWAYS ASK YOURSELF HOW WOULD YOU FEEL IF THAT WAS DONE TO YOU. Yes, Debbie I know and for that I love you But know one thing Merle......from the bottom of my heart this chica will always have your back....and never talk smack unless done to your face, and never never ever lie to you......WHY BECAUSE WE ARE FRIENDS IN EVERY TRUE SENSE OF THE WORD... Good call...the gleam from my pale white bisquits can be quite blinding.... And the blinding effect- from the awesome magnitude of it comes to mind too! It is a definate safety hazard!
