Not having someone else spending my money, not having him driving or wrecking my car. Not having to deal with his drunken rages. Going where I want when I want. Having friends that he hasn't run off during his rages.

When you realize you are not just single,but truly alone. I drove myself to the ER Monday & back home. No one to call except work, no one to list as an emergency number,although they won't stop asking. No one to let the dog out if I was admitted. No one who would really notice if I disapeared. Ah, now that is the worst.  yes that is the worst i've been there,well my grandson was here to help.see he live's with me,but he's only 12.and not having that special kiss or hug

Money. Cause when you are single, you have more of it, and you get depressed so you buy alot of useless crap you don't need. But then again, when you aren't single, she spends your money on useless crap she doesn't need.
