Goodness! What a complete load of crap! The semantic and justifying, and the illusion of Eurydicy is fascinating.... but then again so is lunacy.... No wonder there are so many people , globally depressed.... this whole patriarchal propaganda spread a long way... and caused unknown amounts of inherited guilt. And some almost appear to be intelligent.... Profoundly saddening. so quintessentially put my lady, the apparent cognizance of any belief's lead to such. but beliefs are a part of humanity and we will never rid ourselves of them - do you have a solution for this problem? if not - are you just spouting off? - 
yes....wake up!!!! See the emotionally bereft societies we inhabit... see the complete and total focus of the ego, step away from both the patriarchal and the feminist mindsets.... remember that quintessentially we are born perfect, and unfortunately only after exposure to the rot of these cultures and societies, and an apparent imitation in behaviours of these societies, are we accepted. WAKE UP to what is broken, stand up to what we know is inherently harmful to all... and move past it into the perfection we once inhabited as babies.. Ask SAYS WHO? HOW COME? WHY? ask ...question, discover the inherant wisdom again... would the teacher of 6.4 billion people show them the way?? would you take on this challenge? the new religion of no religion? no matter what you do my dear it is just another mind set, it disposes of nothing only changes a previously held mind set at most - and who's to say we'd be any better off if we did as you say??? |

Do you find you notice people who appear joyful, content, and calm? Are you attracted to them, (not sexually, but socially)... do you find yourself wanting to be around those kind of people? Thats the only way one can 'get' anyone to do anything.... Arouse in the other an eager want... By being that, which others desire for themselves... |

I have a general religion question here As far as Christianity goes... It's my understanding that Christ is our Savior and the only to Heaven is thru loving Christ... That being said... What happened to all of the souls of the people that were here and died before Christ came along? I never fully understood that part. Thanks 
Do you believe that God is all powerful? If you don't believe in the Christian God, then do you believe that an all powerful God is possible? |

I'm a "mutt" in the Christian church, although I do consider myself a Christain. I believe in a more universal salvation...my personal salvation and the opportunity for everyone else (those that never heard or hear) the message I know...well, God is bigger than all of that. It's fine for me to share my personal message but God can work on a much bigger/more expansive plane than I can even imagine and loves all "his children." Figure out the answer that works in your heart and you'll probably have the right answer. |

Who Lived Long BEFORE Christ Jesus Came to Earth......to Dwell With Us. Remember.... Jesus Always WAS.... even from the Very Foundations of the World!!! Jesus IS Also Known as The WORD. (In the Beginning..... The Word Was WITH God...... and the Word WAS GOD!! ) Meaning..... Jesus Always WAS....... IS ... and FOREVER SHALL BE!!!! Jesus is Also Known As ...I AM. God the Father.... God the Son(Jesus)... God the Holy Spirit.... 3 unique persons IN ONE GOD. ONE GOD ONLY!!

hi BB - everyone who is was or will be saved is saved by faith. so those who had lived prior to jesus lived by faith in what god had said and commanded - those who did not were not saved [ saved meaning going to heaven or being in gods eternal presence] or what ever else is espoused in C theology. of course people dont like to here this because it seems unfair, but i'm only telling what is believed. the only thing that changed to any degree after christ was then it became the age of grace [grace meaning gods free gift of salvation to all who beleived in and on christ sacrifice and payment for all mankinds sins forever] in the OT it was by faith in who god was and what he said as to being saved it was a gift also but not of sacrificial means, both OT and NT require faith but in the OT there was no eternal gift of grace. when jesus came and died grace abounded, before it was felt by the OT people that it was absolutely necessary to follow the law, law was a teacher in the sense of showing man its impossible to obey the law - even the scribes and pharisees could not obey them perfectly. but those who understood the spirit of the law -[thou shalt love thy god and love thy neighbor as thyself] did fullfill the spirit of the law and by that means were saved. jesus reiterated this by saying the laws of god and the prophets were all contained in those two commandments i mention. but jesus lightened the burden by offering up himself as a sacrifice for everyone that would believe on him as the son of god, savior, and sacrifice for their sins. he did not abolish the law, its just now believers are not condemned by the law. they are seen as being in christ and god can only see christ not us as to our salvation. bottom line by faith everyone in heaven is saved and also here on earth. through grace. Excellent ,Tribo!!! 
So yes,like Tribo said... those people before Christ came in the flesh, are saved by faith in God. (Btw...Those people who had Faith in God ,before Jesus came in the flesh, are the very people that Jesus took with Him to heaven, when He arose from the dead and ascended into heaven .) Now remember ..Jesus always WAS.... He just was not manifested in the flesh yet , til later. Now...Everyone born AFTER Christ came .... are Now saved through Grace , by Faith in Christ Jesus. Now that Jesus HAS come, He Has Now shown mankind that He is the Way to the Father... MEANING.... man can't just decide that He will go straight to God... without going thru Jesus Christ !! Nope...won't work..... cause now that God has revealed Himself thru Christ Jesus.... God has now ALSO told us, that There is NO Way to the Father but by WAY of the Son!! Christ Jesus!!! NOW that Jesus HAS Come NOW .... Jesus says, "NO MAN CAN COME TO THE FATHER BUT BY ME." |

I agree...... no one should believe just because man says so. Find Out For YOURSELF. Seek God For Yourself and You Will be FOUND of Him.... When You Seek God With Your WHOLE Heart Now. ps.... the humanitarian effort (that was briefly mentioned earlier) is all well and good... but there still is a hole in everyman's soul.... that can ONLY be FILLED BY GOD.

Before Jesus came along people believed in God.By believing in God that was your ticket to heaven.After Jesus died God told them that they would have to believe in Jesus to be saved.

You know...
the BEAUTIFUL GOSPEL MESSAGE that JESUS SAVES.... and Came to SAVE the WHOLE WIDE WORLD.... is So Beautiful... and So Full of GOD'S LOVE for Us ALL... Yet...IS So Simple . In fact.... it is So Simple... that people Miss it! 
Why? Cause there is an enemy of our souls out there !!! And the enemy's goal is DISTORT the Gospel Message that Jesus Saves!!! And HOW the enemy usually works is thru religiousity ... or by decieving man thru the twisting of God's Word .... or will even work thru the ignorance of certain people, who will go as far as to say that their group of church goers are the Only ones going to heaven ... and everyone else isn't.
Yes..tis sad.
And you know... the devil just LOVES to use these tactics of his, to turn people away from God.... and sadly , people fall for the enemy's lies and then blame God.... and then want nothing to do with God. So I say.....Yes.. It IS Time to WAKE UP... but to the TRUTH of GOD'S WORD.... instead of the lies of the enemy!!! Simply put... the Gospel Message of Jesus Christ is a Beautiful Message of God's Pure Love For ALL Mankind!!! (not just for SOME)!!! GOD Would that ALLL BE SAVED!!!! ALL!!!!!
