This is pretty close to the spread I used... I just googled it. Zodiac / horoscope spread
this spread is in the form of a circle. The first card is placed at about the 8:30 position on the clock. Place 12 cards going counterclockwise. Cards 3&4 are at 6'o'clock, 6&7 are at 3, and 9&10 are at 12'o'clock. card positions: 1: Aries; personallity, attitudes, and how one interacts within the world. 2: Taurus; financial & material matters, principals 3: Gemini; communication, education, siblings & travel 4: Cancer; home, family, childhood, fatherly infuences 5: Leo; pleasures & leisure, romance & creativity relationships with children 6: Virgo; work & responsibilities, health, helping others 7: Libra; close partnership & working relationships, alliances & marriage 8: Scorpio; hidden influences, life cycle, sexuality & psychic awareness 9: Sagittarius; religion & philosophy, law, foriegn cultures & long distance travel. 10: Capricorn; career & ambitions, self-esteem, achievments & public status 11: Aquarius; social life & aquaintences, hopes and wishes 12: Picses; subconscious, strengths & weaknesses, restrictions |

The one that I did tho, I had my friend put something personal of hers in the middle of the circle ( well before I laid them out ) she used her engagement ring. When I did one on me I put my necklace in it.

does anyone have a fav tarot spread that they use? I don't really have a favorite. I try to choose a spread that is best suited for the question I'm asking. Usually when I turn to tarot I'm asking complex questions, and so I typically chose complex spreads that are designed to reveal a lot of detailed information. Anytime a question can be reduced to a yes/no response I turn to my magick stones. I just trust them more because they seem to be well charged and more in tune with my aura. But then again, I trust my intuition a lot too, so in truth, most of the time I just go with that. One thing about the traditions of witchcraft is that it's easy to become fascinated with the tools (toys). ![]() Two tarot spreads that I personally like are the Triangle and Cross (that's all one spread), and the Creative Process. You can see examples of these two spreads on this site: http://www.facade.com/tarot/ They have several other spreads to choose from too. But the two I mentioned above were my favorites. Mainly because they seemed to fit the types of questions I was asking and they also seemed to pan out the best results for me personally. I think with tarot (like everything else) you need to go with what calls to you personally. That's a big part of what makes it work. ![]() And yes, where can I see how to lay out a horoscope spread? That sounds interesting. |

Abra, I posted it right above you
![]() ![]() I do know what you're saying tho about the different spreads. I often try to choose the spread that suits my my needs at that time. I don't have very much experience in reading stones so I stick to my cards. Not that I'm very experienced in that either ![]() |
