It's called Christmas and I love it, because it's the day I celebrate my Savior's birth. It's not about receiving it's about giving.

It's not a proven fact, that jesus was born that day.

I've heard the same thing kitten but I like that we have Dec 25th as that day, even if we are wrong...

I love Christmas or Xmas however you want to say it for the light it brings to kids faces, for the belief in Santa and the innocence of that belief... The lights, the trees, the decorating, the cooking, the gatherings they are all special for me..

damn, jack , where the heck are you at? lol

I'm working on some computers at LSU-Shreveport for the Business school. Can't ya tell? lol

Tom, if you didn't come to Thanksgiving dinner because you were depressed instead of sick, I'm gonna have to see how tough an Airborne Ranger really is. I had hoped that you would show up to brighten my day and also because I know that all your people are far away. You know the invites open... holidays or not my friend.

Don't celebrate it, so I don't really care...if I do have kids I will try and stress giving over recieving, but that is a big if.

I am actually looking forward to Christmas for the first time in a long time. I am hosting at my house this year so its going to be alot of fun for me. First time ever I have a house big enough for family. My neices and nephews know the true meaning of the holiday. I asked my 5 year old nephews what Santa is bringing them. They promptly told me that Santa isn't bringing them anything. But rather they are getting presents to celebrate Jesus's birthday. My neice will be 6 in January and she makes my sister bake a birthday cake every year because its a birthday party for Jesus.

My son is 20 months old, and I have decided to tell him the truth about christmas and not lie to him about a santa. I want my son to trust me, and starting off with a lie I don't think will help.

I want him to know that mommy gave him these things, not some weird imaginary man.

We will not celebrate "x-mas". We will celebrate life, love and family.

Lets do that. I have a few rounds myself (NOT ENOUGH FOR ATF TO BE INTERESTED IN) and a good place where I know the Sheriff.
