ya can hear it 3-4 miles down the road with it not even maxed out

That Rocket looks like a great amp, Mesa makes great stuff. I've only recently started playing them, so unfortunately I don't know a lot of the older models. A friend of mine has the Mark IV which is really nice.
Before I got the Express I went shopping for several weeks comparing amps, mainly just Guitar Center because they have the 12 months no interest thing hahaha. I tried every Mesa they had in stock (wish I could've tried the Stiletto, but they didn't have any at the time), the Road King, Roadster, Mark IV, Lonestar Classic, Lonestar, Lonestar special, Express 5:50, Express 5:25. In the end, the Express had the best all around sound of all of them, although the Lonestar had slightly better cleans. I also debated on the Egnator Tourmaster, that thing sounded REALLY good. But I wanted something slightly smaller, and the Express won out. If I had the money, I would have an amp for every day of the week hahaha.

Jim invited me to this thread a couple days ago, i get so busy in here sometimes it's difficult to keep track.

I have Played Guitar since i was about 13 y/o (yes, i'm a dinosaur). In Oct. 05, my house was broken into, and all of my babies are gone. Two identical Washburn acoustics from 1973, (one was my dads) One vintage '73 washburn falcon electric (no longer made) One peavy Falcon (stat copy) One Dime V washburn Brand new (camo) And my pride and joy...a 88 Custom made Walker, made by Guy Walker of big three entertainment, Orlando Fla. It was a strat style Blue burst six string electric, with a five position selector switch, two single and one double hb, bartolinni pick ups. You could get any sound you wanted..from the romp and stomp of a Les Paul, To the most pristine clean Fender. There were only two of these made, one for me, and one for a guy in Tennessee, which i know is still there, so the other one is mine.

I have a lot of cool friends who are really good players, they gave me a new Washburn acoustic, and an Alvarez electric(kinda like a Jazzmaster copy) But they play nice, besides i'm also a guitar tech so intonation setting is no problem.

What really pisses me off...and i mean bad, is i took extremely good care of my guitars. They were all kept in hardshell cases...They took them out of the cases yall. They took the sheets off my bed and apparently wrapped them up in the sheets. guess they didn't have room for the cases. I would likely go to jail if i knew for sure who did this.

They didn't get my amps. I still have a vintage Fender Twin reverb, a Marshall JCM900, and a Crate Excalibur 900gs stack with two gx412s. lol, slightly modified...I can still blow the doors off

That sucks about your guitars, they sounded like really nice ones too. I have no tolerance for a thief
