Adj, as far as what your saying yeah I can not deny it happens and most likely will always happen. But..if you think it was easier to join in a year ago then now sure your right for the site has grown a lot. But.... heck I was here 2 years ago when there was only a handful of people in the forums but still that did not matter. For no matter what anyone says we had the same problems then as we do now just on a bigger scale. But... in reality is it not true if you start a new job you must first get a feel for the place and see how things are done on a day to day basis first? In order to let others have a chance to get to know you? I promise if you go in like a bull in a china closet you will run into more walls then you ever expected too. Others first impression would be your over bearing and care nothing about who you step over to get where you want to be. Believe me once they have come to that conclusion it will take time to make them see different. But in the other hand if you get to know them and listen to what they have to say and treat them with respect they in turn will take the time to see what you have to say and return the respect you have gave them. why is it so hard to understand the fact of the matter it is what it is never said good never said bad thing it just is no blamae to anyone it just is and i was here when ever i got here march or april cant see the date maybe it was dif because of the influx those who were here know of what i speak and if ya weren't here it does not matter (whether you know or not not that you were not here) and probably had a lot to do with it so hey basically if yer ignored it is because ya let it happen just keep at it till yer not SO THERE
