whats with all these clique threads? are these like facebook groups? all i know was there was a thread that got closed down yesterday that dealt with cliques. is this a new mingle trend? what are we in, high school? is this a musical? you know when I first started.prob the first 2 months I knew no one,no one seemed to want to talk to me,I was about to leave.then I discovered all it takes is getting out there,and letting them get to know ya.I have tons from friends.all it takes is getting in the forums.

Adj, as far as what your saying yeah I can not deny it happens and most likely will always happen. But..if you think it was easier to join in a year ago then now sure your right for the site has grown a lot. But.... heck I was here 2 years ago when there was only a handful of people in the forums but still that did not matter. For no matter what anyone says we had the same problems then as we do now just on a bigger scale. But... in reality is it not true if you start a new job you must first get a feel for the place and see how things are done on a day to day basis first? In order to let others have a chance to get to know you? I promise if you go in like a bull in a china closet you will run into more walls then you ever expected too. Others first impression would be your over bearing and care nothing about who you step over to get where you want to be. Believe me once they have come to that conclusion it will take time to make them see different. But in the other hand if you get to know them and listen to what they have to say and treat them with respect they in turn will take the time to see what you have to say and return the respect you have gave them.
