That sounds like a great place to do it. Oh, and this site doesn't support HTML.

My first marriage was too large and boring in a formal church setting. Next go round it's off to marry at Ke'e beach on Kauai. I love that place!

It's literally at the end of the road on the island of Kauai in the Hawaiin isles. From there to the Waimea Canyon the only accessibility is via a very treacherous trail called the Kalalau trail. The Hawaiins claim that spirits of the deceased mysterious Menehunes mess with hiker's heads on this path. Anyways, Ke'e Beach is the last accessible location on Kauai via an actual road. Yes it's a very beautiful and popular spot but if you walk down a mile or so from the mountains you can have the perfect beach wedding all for yourself and your small chosen entourage.

We went hiking there once. I have a picture of my legs just covered in mud. It had rained the night before. That red clay is SOOOO slippery. |

i guess if i were going to ever get married again, it would have to be partially his decision as to where it was, and what it entailed.
sure, i could pick what i wanted to wear on my own (how much input would he need for that) but, after all, it'd be his wedding too. don't you think he might want to be consulted? |
