take some echinacea, golden seal
and plenty of vitamin C or citrus fruits
and veggies high in vitamin c...& other vitamins etc...
especially B Complex and the other water soluble vitamins
that are depleted first from your body when a person smokes... 
and flush your system out
with lots of hot tea.....
and no ciggies... 
or i'll paddle your butt...
just kidding...
but really...it is soo bad...
especially when you are sick...

it reminds me of where i just came from visiting the state of Washington
in the Northwest corner of the United States ...
predictably unpredictable weather
especially in the mountains...
in the beautiful Cascade Mountain Range
& on the Peninsula in the Olympic Mountains
in the National Olympic Rain Forests
Yes, the one thing that you can rely on in Ireland is that you cannot rely on the weather. We get all weather types in a single day. It's fkn annoying! lol |

Yep, and I'll NEVER forgive you (well, the airlines really) for not showing up the airport at your regularly scheduled time when I was there patiently...ever SO patiently...awaiting your arrival at the auspicious airport in Marquette. You do remember the swanky snack bar they have, right?
And slight h/j here: For the love of God and all that is holy...would you PLEASE change that pic, Talldub. I'm gonna need to change my panties from "laughter tinkle".

Is THAT the truth - "cozy" is ONE word for it. "Convenient" is another. I mean really...you can land, get your baggage, rent a car, use the potty, get a coffee, sit a spell, AND access the parking lot...all within 20 feet of each other!

 it is another glorious, gorgeous super warm Indian Summer Day
on the West Coast in the sunny state of Northern California
not to be confused with southern California
which is so different , it might as well be another state

I am from New England & grew up there ,
so i know very well,
what cold and freezing is like ..
it is fun when you are a child
and don't have a care in the world
I have some very good friends in Indiana
Our nice weather won't last here...
but for now, it is great...
When the fog creeps in, 
it seems to seep into every nook & cranny ...
& we do get rain & some very cold windy days and it is not fun either but for now we have sunshine & i put in a request that your day gets sunny
and all the cold and greyness disappears
