If a man asks a woman out on a date and he pays for the complete date, and they hook up....That makes him a player? If a woman asks a man out and she pays for the complete date, and they hook up....That makes him a whore? if he pays he is a payer, if he dont hes cheap

Hmmm if people have sex on the first date I thought that made them two consenting adults. Maybe not the smartest consenting adults but if they use protection I think there are far more riskier things people do on first dates. My definition of a player is someone who takes advantage of another under false pretexes. If a woman/man consents to sex she/he doesn't get to assign rights and priveleges to it that have not been mutually agreed to. My definition of a whore, male or female, who has sex for consideration wheather it is money, favors, or whatever. Somehow the person who makes the invitation should pay for the invitation and chooseing to have sex is a seperate issue. Seems like either label would require greater knowledge of the other than one would have on one date but I suppose it is possible. If you are willing to lable a person of either offense why would you have sex with them?

This whole deal is messed up cuz I am paying and not getting laid. Ladies when you pay, do you slip the man the money so he "can pay the bill" or do you pay it outright?????

Wouldn't that be kind of an insult? Would seem like I was telling the guy he should have paid for the date or he is too macho to accept the compliment of an invitation. Neither seem to flattering.

Some guys got to keep up their image. If its her treat, she is not going to slip me the money, but I have a co-worker who does this for her husband(he is employment challenged)

If a guy really has that big of a problem letting the woman pay then he's not going to get along with me very well. I'm not into that macho bs.

I do think that in this day and age, the person asking should pay, but if they hook up that's an entirely different matter and unrelated, IMO.
