Topic: YES OR NO TO Friends with Benefits? | |
---|---|
I am really hoping to find a place where a person can talk and we don't have to put on facades. Both sexes have good and bad.

Cas, talk all you want.
I think this is the most open site I have ever seen. Everybodies opinions are welcome, just state them as opinions & respect the differences. Again, WELCOME & hope you enjoy it here as much as I do. |

I agree with oldsage (posted Wed 10/15/08)and too, there comes the problem of who is going to move.. By this time in life most are set in a house near family and are, for the most part, unwilling to give that up.so a friends with benefits would work well if they were committed friends (or lovers) where they could and do spend time with each other for more than just bedroom time.
Basically a committed couple with two homes <LOL>. |

FWB.....what does that really mean? Personally I don't believe in it as I feel it degrades the physical closeness and love that two people can share.
However what other consenting adults wish to do with one another is their private business even though I may not condone it. |

FWB??? Come on guys, we or rather most of us are over the age of 50 and should know that such a thing doesn't work. No grey areas, and a sense of self worth needs to be recognized. I'm sorry, but I guess I left the 70's behind and have changed. Now, back in my 20's and 30's, if I were single then, I certainly would have been trying it, but what I know now.....naw, not worth ending a friendship, which is obviously what would happen.
