i dated a guy for 2 yrs. we didnt meet for a year and a half. and i was madly in love with him. i dont think you have to see the person. its not about the physical for me its about mentally and emotionally and their soul. only reason we didnt last was because we were in different stages in life |

i agree, and i have been in love prior to an actual meeting. however, the physical component does sort of solidify the relationship and make it more concrete. by that, i don't necessarily mean the sexual/physical component only, but rather the touch alone, whether it's a kiss, or holding hands, or just your knees touching underneath a table. i don't think anything can take the place of that (however comforted i was by other things prior to knowing him in real life) |
