I live in Alaska and I can tell you first hand of the good she has done here. She started making waves the minute she went into office and she hasn't stopped since. The Permanent Fund Dividend did exist long before Sarah Palin did as a politician but energy relief is a separate issue altogether. It just so happens to be paid out at the same time as the dividends. Instead of a $2,000 dividend, this year we get an extra $1,200...similar to the economic stimulus payments received from the federal government earlier this year, only paid out at the same time. Sarah Palin is responsible for that movement and Alaskans are eternally grateful. She represents what it is to be an Alaskan. Small town girl with big ideas. My brother went to high school with her son and my mom runs into her on a regular basis around town. She is a honest to God hard working wife and mother and exactly what this country needs, with or without McCain...and I'm relatively certain she was chosen more for her oil connections rather than her ovaries...think about it. you may be right but really on her one accomplishment but you cant seriously suggest her ovaries had nothing to do with it? in the same year that a woman almost clenches the democratic nomination, the same year the first black man ever nominated to be a major parties pick for president... you can sit there and suggest that if Sarah Palin, having the record she has, would be the VP pic if she had testicles? if you believe that i got a bridge to no where id like to sell you She has served in an executive position. She has more executive experience than Oboma. He has worked in the legislative branch of the fed and has never sat in an executive roll. I’ve only seen him RUN his mouth but never a state or anything else for that matter. Sarah is better qualified to be President of the U.S.A. than Oboma. As a U.S. senator Oboma has spent a majority of his time running for President. I herd he was only able to get one piece of legislation passed since he has been in office. How many pieces of legislation Has Sarah Palin signed off on. I’m guessing a lot. Good Luck Obomabots. lets not forget that McCain has never served in an executive position either. so by your logic the Alaskan Gov should be the prez Senator McCain has been a senator for 26 years...... how much more experience does one need? 
Senator is a legislative position. Not executive.

You lib's are going to verbally beat up a 17 year old girl who made a mistake that 1000's of inner city girls make everyday??? You libs are going to blame the mother for the daughter getting pregnant?? You can teach your children all the right things and they still make their own choices in the end. Really how crazy is it that this 17yo is pregnant and these Christan people aren't outraged. as long as she keeps it pre-marital teenage sex and shotgun weddings are okay??? WTF??? this just shows you that partisanship is stronger than religion. Her daughter is not running for VP. Oboma even said that Palin's daughter should be left out of this whole thing. You lib's are going to verbally beat up a 17 year old girl who made a mistake that 1000's of inner city girls make everyday??? JUNEAU, AK — Former oil worker Richard St. Joseph released the top portion of what he claims is a nude photograph of presumptive GOP vice presidential nominee Governor Sarah Palin.
St. Joseph, a retired custodial engineer for Exxon Mobile, dated the governor for a brief time in the early 80’s. “I took the picture after we downed a bottle of Boone’s Farm Strawberry Wine during a Christopher Cross concert,” St. Joseph said.
