kinda depressing how much college costs these days... at least the one i want to go to.you think the more deserving people would..well nevermind.i hate that im going to a community college.it makes me feel stupid.because i know i can do better.but just a year at the academy of arts in sf...plus housing...is close to $35,000.its rediculous.it almost makes me want to give up.:(

I totally agree hun I want to get my bachelors in the art of psychology and minor in sociology...and its outrageous! I am opting to be a flight attendant=] I think anyways, Im still deciding for sure

don't feel stupid because you go to a community school. Look at it as getting your basics out of the way for less money.

what i meant by that was.. all the little rich spoiled kids here get into whatever school they want and they dont even appreciate it.. while i would kill..just to go to an art school.. so i can doodle to my little hearts desire

You never know what the future holds for you. There are alot of people who have attained goals like yours by going through a Community College and some without attending college at all. Anything is possible!

Go gettum gurl=] I feel ya though..Ive never had anything handed to me my whole life...I have already been through school and paid my own way...and I am needing a career change...I cant get enough..I love to learn

tthen do something about it........ quit waiting for things..... like i told you before YOU want something go get it. do let someting stand in the way. do good where you are at and you can get it paid for ya.... you just need to know where to look for it... there are grants and loans. so you have to pay it back later. big whoop. seen what you can do now use it. get the tail out of your legs

stop complaining.......i had to do 4 years as a marine so that i could go to a CC...........and damn it i was happy to do it.....yeah we are not all born rich and some of us will never know true hardship but what doesn't kill us makes us stronger............and for 35,000 a year..........you can double and triple that in earnings when you get out

There are grants and scholarships, go get those. Take out student loans for the rest... I have a BA and a minor that do me NO good already and I am about to go back in January. If you dwell on the cost, then you really don't want to go to school and will find an excuse to quit.

theres nothing in the rules that says i cant complain .. im not even doimg that.im just making a statement..and i see that there are other people going through the same stuff.so it helps...
