I don't get upset as much as disappointed and it looks something like this...

Miss Molly is a Border Collie. She is no longer with me as of last week though. She was 17 1/2 and she went into kidney failure and had to go to sleep. She was the best girl in the world and I miss her terribly.

anxiety and if real upset panic attack.sometimes upset stomach etc.mostly though i just walk away .not worth dropping dead.

I get to talk to rude people all day long doing telefundraising...lol, so needless to say not much gets me upset. The only times I get upset are when something bad happens to someone I love, then I cry a lil try to help them if I can. Can't let anything slow ya down though, gotta keep on truckin'

depends on how upset... if someone dies that I'm close to I get pretty sick about it, throwin up and the whole thing. Its rare though.

I usually WRITE in my journal (it helps me see what I am relly upset about)....sometimes call my sister (if it's Mom that I am upset with).

When I'm upset I cry. When I'm happy I cry. When I'm worried I cry. You get the picture....hehe. That's not to say I stand around and bawl all day, I just find a quiet place and cry a minute or two, then back at it! Also, all those things have to be heightened emotions as well. I don't think I've ever made it through a parent-teacher meeting without crying!

Yeah I get real shakey ,and have to fight the tears ..sometimes it's more like I overheat and start throwing cr*p then burst into tears ,feels like my heart is gonna pound right through my chest . They call me Cybil in the office sometimes. |
