I think generally people don't smile enough. And if you're feeling down, and you smile, it naturally lifts your mood. I don't mean a forced grimace of a smile, I mean allowing a genuine smile to form. |

I know I do most of the time. What's the point of being sad and gloomy (unless there is a reason for it) all the time?

No, I don't smile enough. A friend of mine...we work together...he says that I have a whole different outlook outside of work, I tell him....that alone should tell you something!!!!

I never really liked my smile to be honest, especially if I have to take it for a picture. It never really comes across the way I would want it to, and I don't like how my mouth slightly opens whenever I do it.
I will say I do like to laugh and be playful a lot though. |
