Having a good morning. The two little surviving puppies just came out of the closet and then ran back to the closet. They sure can run fast.

What kind of dogs ae they?

Chichuachuas. And believe it or not one really does look like the Taco Bell dog. The puppies are getting more brave now. It is nice to see them come out of the closet and venture into the living room.

Puppies can be SO cute. Mom and I are looking for a puppy sized dog. One that will just fit into our laps.

Its fun to watch them play. I will be glad when they get past the whining stage and start sounding like dogs. Would love to hear a bark or a woof. They sound like they need to be greased or something.

They are but not as cute as my grand daughter. When my son said he was in Harrison with my daughter I couldn't wait to get off work and drive there. Aw, it was sweet. She asked my son if she could go home with me. I just about broke out in tears. I hadn't seen her in three years. He had been living there since October. I just about blew a gasket. Got to see my daughter's new boyfriend. Quite a shock seeing my daughter with a boy. I guess the gay must have worn off the way they were sitting together. I got some good pictures of my grand daughter, Autumn to take home. My son said he is trying to get some pictures of my grandson, Blaze for me. I think it must have been the happiest time for me in a long time.

Glad to see the gas prices come down a bit. Oh, man this heat is something else. Just been laying back and watching the tube. Got the old windows out and hope to get the new windows replace with smaller more energy efficient ones. I got the windows and just preparing with new materials.

Framed and put in the new the new windows. Have the insulation tacked on and all is left is to put the drywall on in the inside plus the covering that goes on the outside. My cousin told me to get out of the heat. He said with the heat index that it was 109 degrees outside. I got the air conditioner going and trying to cool down. I just hope it doesn't rain so my insulation doesn't get wet. Somehow I got to get some drywall and outside material. My staple gun jammed up and I gave it to my cousin to take a look at. the cool thing is that I have done the job completely by myself with no help. And what is really ice is that it is plumb and squared which was really a struggle because the house isn't.

Roger got the staple gun unjammed. I had the wrong staples in it. Mom has a whole 4 by 8 foot piece of drywall in grandma's old house that she said I could have. she said to come by and get the key when I get ready. I just got to clean up the messed up drywall so I can cut two 3 by 4 foot sections and cut two 2 by 2 sections out which will make a 'L' shape plus the pieces that go to the right and above. I have had the portable screw gun in the charger and have plenty of drywall screws. I am getting quite a collection of tools now so I don't have to borrow tools. The house is cooled down comfortably. I bought some caulking, a good hammer and I will need a tool room when this project is finished. I have stayed inside, today. Work called me on both days off but I wanted to work on the house. I hope you are staying cool. I am going to go get something to eat before I go into work.

Nice to come home to a cool house. Left my wallet at home and car was getting short on gas. I am glad I have been putting quarters between the seats.

I am glad tomorrow is payday. Robin was sick for four days because of the heat and didn't come in to work. She was even throwing up liquids. Got more of the old drywall cut out and have to measure for the new pieces to go in. I am still trying to figure out how I will install the medicine cabinet in the bathroom. Will probably use some smaller than 2 by 4 pieces to make the installation.

well to bad ,maybe it will cool off some and that will help her ,
