Topic: Perving the perves that perved me... | |

...first.
That's what I've been doing and have come to the conclusion that very many (as in A LOT) of the people on here really don't want to meet anyone in real life. I am assuming they do this so that they can have the virtual identity online that they are incapable of having in true life. One guy that perved me lives in Michigan and claims to be an Artist..so, I wondered, "why didn't he email me, I'm an Artist, he's an Artist...we could be good friends at least" Then I looked at my own profile to see if all of my info had been deleted or something. It was all still there...just like I knew it was. Even the link to my blog, which has some of my artwork on it. Anyway, that's my opinion...but then I also took a pain pill a bit ago... |

Maybe he wasnt' interested in you for some reason.

I realize that. As an artist myself, I like meeting other artists...

Or maybe he read a post of yours and was just curious as to who you were? Just because someone pervs your profile, doesn't have to mean they are interested.
I perv profiles all the time, and it's not always because I am interested in them. |

when you spend as much time on the forums as I do, you look at a lot of profiles.
No way am I sending e-mails to everyone whose profile I peruse. What should I say? "I looked at your profile. I have no interest in you." Or, "I looked at your profile because I liked your post and wanted to see if you were male or female/my age/from Canada" What's the point? |

Maybe he didn't even READ your profile... just sayin.

A lot of people just view profiles to view them. I do it all the time. There are some people that just look at pictures and don't read the "about" section. And I'm all up for meeting people in real life, but gas prices present a problem. |

i guess that i wasnt aware that looking at someones profile was considered "perving" them... i thought perving someone was sending a dirty e mail... i check out peoples profiles all the time... and not usually because i am interested. often just because of something they posted...
