honestly... i find it quite strange anyway that she asked...  i could see a gal ask another gal in the office that she is good friends with... or her best friend or partner maybe her kids...but to go to work and ask guys if they like it to me is strange
She's my secretary Oops I mean Plant Office Administrator of 7 years LOVE YOUR PC damage control, Dude!! I had no problem being called a secretary. The above does make me wonder. She has a point I missed!!! I would NEVER have asked an office mate, male, if they liked my new "do", unless I was looking for attention from HIM. She may have a little crushy on you!!!!!

woe ladies yes she is married and no nothing going on here beyond work. I have already patched it up. I told her I was just so used to her long hair that being cut short took me by surprise and now that I look at it.....it looks like a damn chia pet experiment gone bad!

Actually I am proud to say that I am very close to all of my employees but especially my 2 secretaries. We get along great and I asked their opinions of things all the time. |

I always think honesty is best. I can take it, so I wouldn't be pissed if you said it to me.
But I try to lie when I'm stuck in a situation like that. Lying is wrong, but when it means sparing someone's feelings in that simple way, it's fine. Though I'm sure if you lied and said you liked it, and she found out afterwards that you lied, then she would be pissed anyway. Sometimes theres no winning with people like that. |
