Topic: Questions about "Your Friends" | |
---|---|
I was just contacted by a lady on here and her opening line was "By the pictures of "your friends" I may not be your type" and I have had similar comments from other ladies....
My "friends" are people I have met and talk too sometimes only once or twice and some of them I talk to a lot. So here is my question: Dose a person's "friends" play any roll in you contacting or not contacting a person? |

Not at all...maybe thru that person..you can make even more friends...
it shouldnt
She contacted you first?...just to tell you that she was not your type?...and where are the pictures of your friends?
Kind of confusing.... |
its kinda hard for me to reply to some one that has like hundreds of "friends"....So i guess that would be a yes vote from me....

sometimes it does...sometimes it can be intimidating...when you look at the "friends" and all of them are very beautiful young women, it can sometimes scare someone that might be less attractive...but on the other hand if the profile was welcoming, I suck it up and send a hello email anyway.

If so, all of MY friends are screwed.

your real friends my play a role but thats only if meeting on here reaches out to not online other the that your online friends should not make a difference thats like judging a book by its cover ... its kinda wrong

Yes, it does, if a guy has a bunch of scantilly clad women as their friends, I do not even bother with him. Sorry but it's true. |

I'd e-mail her back and say..."Darlin' it isnt my friends that makes you not my type...its your ATTITUDE!!!"

I don't make first contact with men...but if I did, I might be hesitant if they had NO friends and had been here a while. But don't think that would stop me, cause they might just be shy.

It doesn't bother me. Most people's friends on here really aren' their friends anyway...just acquaintances. Most don't even email each other. I have a few i email regularly. The rest are just sitting there staring back at me.

It can be off-putting at times. It really depends on the specific circumstances.
