what people say online and real life can easily be interpretted
the wrong way. when this happens how do you handle the anger, jealousy, and discourse this creates. I personnally will not hold grudges.......its a waste of time and energy |

I always go to the source and ask for clarification.

The first time it happens, I let it slide, depending on the severity of the statement.
The second time it happens, I know better and I move on from that person because I am not going to sit around and wonder if what they said today was mean or just worded wrong. I have too much on my mind to constantly ponder about "what did they mean by that?" |

If I am wrong, I admit it. If I have offended, I apologize. If I misunderstand, I try to get clarification.

Maybe they didn't know. |

if you let yourself be consumed by trivial matters
you never have a chance to focus on what matters. just a thought...... |

if you let yourself be consumed by trivial matters you never have a chance to focus on what matters. just a thought...... I totally agree with you, I hate the fact that I would even let something someone says bother me. If someone upsets me I just no longer talk to them. But so far I haven't met anyone on here that has done that and the other females on here are so sweet I love it. |

Ok, this is what I tell the my gals on here....
See what is really there, not what you want to see! keep that in mind when you are getting to know anyone regardless if its online or not, it should keep to avoid misconcepts. Well, at least a little. |

One of the problems with posting on message boards is that the written word can easily be misinterpreted.....we don't get to hear the voice or see facial expressions....i love to joke around but sometimes it can be taken the wrong way when all i'm really doing is lmao....sometimes we do have to clarify ourselves & its better not to take things personally...

if you let yourself be consumed by trivial matters you never have a chance to focus on what matters. just a thought...... If something said on line or in real life was misunderstood or misinterpreted it needs to be clarified. Other people's feelings are not a trivial matter. Not on line and not in real life. JMHO |
