No, they're going to balance out the additional costs with cloned food that may or may not cause you to grow extra appendages in five or six years...

from what i see, people eat way too much anyway, nothing worse than watching someone that is 200 lbs overweight shovel the pizza in and looking for the pasta, now that is a waste

What a lot of americans do not realize is that the gas we buy today at 4-5 dollars a gallon is already subsidized by our government. Otherwise we would pay 10-12 dollars a gallon like China.
What we need is to focus on renewable engery that does not consume our resources. MY 2 cents... North Dakota is ideal for mass amounts of wind power, much energy could be produced if enough wind towers were utilized. Arizona is ideal for producing mass amounts of solar energy. Enough so that we could power north america, and then some. Ok...Im getting off the soapbox. |

I have been in the ethanol industry, and it is not the same corn you eat.
the starch is removed and turned to sugars.... the by product is then used as cattle feed,,,win/win for everyone. (the same product is being sold twice. and is better for the farmers) also the lasst few years the industry has made some drastic changes to cellulose ethanol meaning now they are using the waste from the fields, switch grass, and even garbage from the local dump......and this is bad how?? |

Our government is doing everything a country dependent on fossil fuels could. But the subsidation of our gas and introduction of E85 is just a bandaid. Im in agreement, we need more proactive movers & shakers in the white house.

is wheat used ,yes in some markets. but then they have by product also...fish food, hog food.
what you really need to understand is futures I'm talking stock exchanges since the 70's our products have been traded on paper only with foreign countries. thats where the world trade comes in.... and for actual product being shipped out.....go down to the docks and watch them load. we are allowed so much waste in every bushel sold. they actually blend molded product and sand in with the good........who's screwin who??? |
