i deal with them all day at work on the phone... i just make fun of them when i put the phone on mute or when i hang up from the call
 it makes me feel better

omg I so do as well.. hmm don't do much, just try to not tell them but sometimes it's just too hard to keep it in... and then I feel like a jerk... see I'm not always nice..
