and as for the $$ stuff... so far im wing and a prayering it.. made it to and from work the last 4 days on gas that i bought with the change in my car.. the change at my moms house.. the gas that my dad had for the lawnmower.. etc..

have till friday to pay the babysitter or she quits andtill friday to get rent paid...

When you say "paternal unit" are you referring to your ex or your actual parents/dad?

Do you own your house so that you can sell and move in with family temporarily?

You said rent, so scratch the housing question. Can you move in with friends/family for a short time til you get it sorted?

i just moved outa my parents house after living with them for almost 2 years.. (i was afraid to live on my own buz my ex tried to kill me a couple times)... i cannot move back in.. have no friends really.. my sitter maybe, but shes livin with her parents for similar reasons..

better than that.. in this state.. not married. but there.. married.. so i cant get a divorce unless i move back to montana for a year.. but i am not tecknicaly married..
