Snakes come after me. I told a friend who has snakes this and he took his most docile critter and put him on the table...sure enough it sprang at me. He couldn't believe it. All other animals like me, but snakes hate me. 
IMO stop using that eau de rat parfume.

Snakes are cool. A black snake hangs out by the firewood pile in my parents' back yard. He likes to lay on the wood in the sun  .

I was outside mowing the lawn here at my office and I got off the lawnmower to move some old timber we have stacked against a shed. I kick one of the boards and see something moving under it. I look closer and it's a snake coiled under the lumber. I told my employees and they ran back there to see it. My description of the snake....about 8' long and the diameter of a ball bat. Their discription ...about 2' long and the diameter of a garden hose. As I told them "A damn snake is a damn snake I don't care how big" This all happened about 15 minutes ago. After I calm down I have to go get the lawnmower which is still sitting next to that shed. Why am I suddenly reminded of a Ray Stevens song, "Too drunk to fish"? |
