It's happened to me once and well, it was quite.. alright.

It's difficult to answer, because physical attractiveness is not a set thing even in regards to a single person. Personality definitely affects how I see a person as a whole.
It's like those girls that tramp around bars promoting an alcohol I really like. At first I'm thinking wow, hot chick, newcastle, could it get any better . . . and then they open their mouths and I want to tear out my eyes with a coat hanger. |

My experience has been that once I fall in love with someone they suddenly become amazingly attractive. It doesn't work in reverse for me; ie, I could never fall for someone just because he was attractive. It just doesn't do anything for me without the personality.
