...how do you wash your dirty pillows??? I use one of those uber high-tech visoelastic foam pillows, just like the kind NASA astronauts use. According to the instructions, all you need to do is plop them in the washer, then in the dryer, and it's all good.

It depends on the pillow. If they are sleeping pillows it is good to either have them professionally cleaned or throw them away after 2 years. you dont want to know what is in them. This is what i do for a living. I have seen some nasty stuff
