are they based on the raw chemical attraction between two people? or are they based on familiarity that comes with time? Opinions....

I think the the raw attraction fades after awhile, it's what you build on from that intial draw that helps to decide if it will ever turn long term or just burn out as quickly as it started.

I think for it to be a lasting relationship, it definitely has to encompass both.

I believe its a raw chemical attraction...... something unexplainable draws two ppl together...... I like the familarity that comes with time holds that chemical attraction together!

I think both.. You need that raw attraction to get together but once thats over you need something there to keep it going
