I think if they don't call you back you move on. The call me the next day thing more often than not is the customary thing to say to not hurt someones feelings when you are going to have to put up with those hurt feelings. It's easier for them to let you think that they want you to call and then just never speak to you again. I have had that happen time and time again. I hope it's different for you bro but my advice is if you called and left a message already. It's up to her to call you back now.
