Does wanting to be close, mean your insecure or just affectionate? It depends on how you react when you can't have it. If you are cool, you are just affectionate; if you whine and get jealous, you are insecure.

I have been seeing a guy for the past 3weeks now and he constantly wants me to hold his hand, kiss him, cuddle him, when im busy and cant do this he gets in a huff and says i dont care about him as much as he cares about me, were not teenagers, he seems the jelous type also, im finding this very draining any advice he was breast fed to long as a child.!!! You can NEVER be breastfed for too long

And we ain't talking paint gettin mad and expecting are not cool, touching and kissing are very cool agreed. But sometimes I have to do the dishes, go to the bathroom, walk the dog, etc.

Affection is fine, but having a problem with you needing to do your own thing at times could be a BIG RED FLAG.
