We're re-tiling at least one of the bathrooms... no idea why. I would say either because you need new tile, or the old tile is really ugly

One year I took vacation and gutted my master bath to the studs and rebuilt it ceiling to floor...I even built the cabinet from scratch....that house sold in 24 hours....I was so p1ssed the realtor laughed at me when I said how much I wanted for it, she said their are no comps for that high of price....
I said then I wont sell it...then next day we had a contract for the asking price no counter offers....the new buyer said the baths and kitchen was why she bought it....made me feel so good....but I was mad I did not ask more |
