My son is dating the daughter (age 19) of the manager (ther daughters mother) at the store that I work at part time. The manager/mother is unhappy about the fact that her daughter is seeing my son too much. I have no control over my son, he lives on his own. I have just been informed that I am no longer needed at this job (even tho they are shorthanded). Is this discrimination? Should I fight this? I mean it is only my part-time job but why am I being punished.....Your opinions will be appreciated.

Ohhhh honey Go get emmmmmm. You can't let her get away with that. what your son and who he dates has nothing to do with your job. Make sure you seek legal advice first cause it can be a very sticky situation. Let us know what happens

That is utterly rediculious..
As I have told my son...what you do with ur girlfriend...u will always be the bad guy in many eyes... What about her parents looking at their own daughter..she apparently enjoys spending all the time with your son.. For god sakes what 19 yr olds don't try to spend every min with each other.. Spoken by a mom with 2 sons 18 and 20.... I guess ppl don't remember when they were young..or maybe her mom is jealous and needs a life.. If they are doing nothing wrong..thats just crazy.. Crazy part is she has no right to punish u.. but u are probably better off not working for the woman ..anyway..

She hasn't yet told me, but the gf/daughter works there also and she just called and told me that her mother/manager has told her that I have been taken off the schedule alreald and that I or my son are no longer allowed in the store and if we come in there she will ban us personally. She is upset because she thinks we are encourageing her daughter to I don't know, become a better person? I am not sure what is going thru her head.. |

Break all the windows and I can fix them for her but charge her up the A$$ for it too........ 
Screwing feels so much better when your doing it and not recieving it.........
