Yes, this I know....I was told she would be calling me today to tell me I am no longer needed there. So, after I receive this phone call and see what she says, I will know how to proceed. I just know one thing.....I DON'T LIKE ALL THIS DRAMA!!!!!!

unless you have a written contract they can terminate you at anytime for no reason .. been here done that ,,, and yes its BS

In NH you can be terminated without a reason but you have to weigh if its worth the time and money to sue this woman.I would call her and ask her (now that you are not boss/employee)what her issue is with your son because you are truly bewildered by her behavior.I would call the labor board and see what your rights are before engaging a costly lawyer myself.Good luck and just think if the kids get married she will be a relative
