Well my recent boyfriend is coming in about an hour to box his things up. He is leaving his bed for the time being, a TV, couch and some other things that I need left here. He's going to be living with a friend anyhow so he doesn't need everything. WE are at the moment getting alone, and he says he is going to pay the the Tv and cell phone bills which are in my name and still under contract. So I am less stressed financially. Since we both have a child together I think he realizes that even though we don't go well in a relationship we need to get along for the sake of the baby. Who knows by us living seperate, in 3 years of being together we might actually be happy.

I hope everything works out for the best for you flirty! At least it sounds like you'll be able to get along ok. That's so much better for the kids!

Ya know, it just makes me angry, because she is happy, he is happy, but the child LOSES! Just plain simple fact. No clue of "family" in this country anymore. It's about "me being happy"... me...me..me! What about the CHILDREN!!!???

The children will both be happy now that I am, the reason I continued to stay with him was for the kids, so I thought of THEM. We argued all the time, either they are around happiness or arguing, so this situation will make everyone happy. Sometimes you have to read between the fine lines!

I agree with you to a point but sometimes, some people just can't be together. It makes the children miserable to see their parents fighting all the time and not getting along. If they both move on to a stable relationship, then everyone can get along and be civil. The children will be happier too.

You are MISSING the point.

The entire point is using FORETHOUGHT. Before EVER having children, a person would be wise to really look down the road and see if a train is coming or not.

To be perfectly clear, PLAN for your fututre and when in the case of the children, the CHILDREN COME FIRST!

This is where "family" in America has been spiralling down faster than Mirror can make love eyes at a new member!

The sense of "family" in America is now down to almost nothing! Now its all about "well I deserve to be happy". Well yes you do..but dammit don't be bringing children into this wrotten world without tons of forethought, consideration and planning! Because once you are a parent, the CHILDREN COME FIRST! Not you or your feelings!

And now all these children get to pay the price??? That's WRONG!!!! And no matter how you try to justify it, the children still lose whether you are happy or not! they are WITHOUT the other parent! They have no role models of a FAMILY anymore. You can TALK all you want, but you really expect them to understand!!?? They are CHILDREN, they can NOT understand, or at very best understand VERY LITTLE!

OK, time for me to get off this soapbox. None of this was intended towards you as a personal attack...it's just the whole family situation and its death in America is what I have problems with.
