What would you do if you wwere put in this situation
My ex wife left me while i was stationed in okinawa japan. She took the kids back to the us with her and didn't really let me talk to them. Now i will say they aren't biologically mine but i was raising them. After almost a year i got to come back to the states and the youngest one doesn't remember and the oldest now keeps questioning if i am her daddy. The Ex will not let me see them even though i send her money each month and the youngest one i am on the birth certificate as the father. What should i do about all this. |

you are on the certificate as the father so u are responsible for the child support signing the certificate makes you responsible.get a lawyer if u want visitation

Wow, she's a *****...since they aren't yours, but looks like you'll be paying for awhile...pay for them till they are of age, unless somehow you can get out of it..which I doubt it, if she is Japanese, she knew what she was doing, she took you down the road, anyhow, pay for the kids till you don't have to pay anymore, but in the mean time. forget don't spend alot of time fretting over them, have a good time with your life and be at peace...

if you are on the birth certificate for the youngest.. take her to court over parental time... call your local family court and find out your options.

it doesn't matter i've seen people prove the kid is not biologicly theirs bottom line you sign the certificate done deal

Wow, Im trying to figure out why you went anywhere near this woman in the first place.
If a woman has multiple children by multiple men, that is a clear cut warning sign to go no where near that. Its either A. An insatiable biatch who you will never please. B. A broken woman with serious mental baggage. Since she packed the kids up and left, Im guessing you got a big serving of A. |
