Wow, Im trying to figure out why you went anywhere near this woman in the first place. If a woman has multiple children by multiple men, that is a clear cut warning sign to go no where near that. Its either A. An insatiable biatch who you will never please. B. A broken woman with serious mental baggage. Since she packed the kids up and left, Im guessing you got a big serving of A. Yep, was thinking something similar. She obviously doesn't use any protection in her sexual relations also. To me, RED FLAG. |

Hey there Akinyahalo,I'm a single dad whose had to fight for his children. My advise to you take her to court,They will order a dna test for the children. If you are not the father she will have to repay what you have payed her. GO TO COURT stand up for yourself and possibly your children. She can not keep you away from the children unless you're proven to be a threat. I encourage you to do all within your power no matter what it takes to be apart of those childrens lives.I say this in all respect a man has got to be man stand up for yours!!!

I think that if you signed the birth certificate, your stuck! But you can always do a DNA test and prove you are not the father, but in some states that does not matter...you signed it. I think you might be stuck paying till that child is 18. So, you should get visitation rights if you have to pay child support.
I totally agree, you were taken on a long ride by this woman. Why would you sign the birth certificate in the first place if you knew she wasn't your baby? I know, love is blind...but did you think about what if things don't work out? Good luck..I think you are going to need it!! |

Depends on the state the original order is from. A lot of states, it does not matter who the dna father is; if you have signed the birth cirtificate, tehn you are saying that you are accepting responsibility for the child, and the state law dictates that everything is as if you did help create the child. However, if this is the case for him, then he DOES have parental rights and she can do nothing to stop them, nor can anyone else except a court of law. |
