If someone is abusive or insulting to another person in the threads,and that person is reported, are they contacted to inform them of being abusive?

pretty sure they get a warning about it, cuz I've seen a few people complaining about being warned...

FORUM RULES 1) Do not attack/slam/insult others. You can discuss the message or topic, but not the messenger - NO EXCEPTIONS. If you are attacked by another user, and you reciprocate, YOU will also be subject to the same consequences. Defending yourself, defending a friend, etc. are NOT excuses. Violations of this rule are taken very seriously and may result in being banned without warning!

I think what it is, is that they generally will warn you but they reserve the right to ban you without warning. I think it depends on the severity of your attack. I have only gotten warnings.
