Why do we have different forums, then? Why not all one big forum where you have to scan through 100 types of threads to find one you like? Why does it bother you so much? I was not the least bit rude, although you did chose to call me that name. I didn't call anyone any names. it didn't bother me ..it bothered you

Why do we have different forums, then? Why not all one big forum where you have to scan through 100 types of threads to find one you like? Why does it bother you so much? So, in the grand scheme of things........... who cares? We have this really cool feature called volunteer mods, who get out their mops and buckets, and puts everything away neat and tidy, in the forums they belong in....

I was not trying to cause drama, I was merely trying to educate people about the fact that we have different forums here and they serve different purposes. You can be the one to tell the mods you think their rules don't have to be followed. I'm being quiet!

In probably 95% of cases, it's generally pretty clear where a post should go. And it makes more sense to look for "Here's How To Make Fudge Brownies" in the Cooking Forum instead of Religion. For ease of navigation, we do sometimes move posts from one forum to another, with the intention of making it easier for people interested in that subject to find that post. Usually, it's no big deal. Occasionally, we have someone post repeatedly in the wrong forum and we'll send an e-mail asking them to read the rules. I've had days when I've moved 50 topics from General to Chit Chat, but that's rare.
