You're going to need at least a 3000 stall in that torque converter (depending on the cam lift/duration) and would have better luck with 4.11 or better gears in the pumpkin.

I think your buddy's simulator is off though. To get 210-220 out of the thing, you really need almost as many suspension/wheel/tire upgrades as you will engine mods, otherwise that lil car will hit the finish line in at least 100 pieces... best bet is a full Dana44 or Dana60 suspension and they aren't cheap unless you can find a couple wrecked vettes to jack parts off of, but well worth it.
