It was a great evening....out with the lads... Stopping by just to check if anyone I know is asleep on the couch....nope dont see no one......so yeah! I am out off here ....still playing bar tag with TG......I am surprised she has managed all those storms up in her area.......at least the tree came down on its own....getting it cut down would have cost a good dollar US. 
great.. enjoying time wit da boys 
wish a few of my trees wud self destruct  prices here are insane.. 2 trees'n they want $600 ta take'em down..  crazy

rain finally started a bit ago.. been threatenin since mid afternoon.. sucks cuz I cud've put my sheets ta dry on the line but held off cuz it kept lookin like the rain was gonna drop..  had I hung'em out tho.. it wud've started ta rain

that's cool about those new features..mine doesn't have any of those.. hey.. if GPS works for ya.. power to you! for me? not interested.. it has to do with not trusting the tech to give you the right directions.. with my luck, if I had a GPS.. I'd be heading to Alaska if I wanted to go a few towns over so..me'n most tech are not friendly
I HATE my mobile phone too.. feels like a leash round ma neck.. plus the keypad is so tiny compared to my desktop.. so I definitely prefer my desktop.. also.. my desktop doesn't try correcting every word I type

Well, if'n ya don't like things being taken out of context, put things in something else. To find out why people seem to be using the ATM machine to refinance their house while I'm waiting in line behind them. And why the same folks wait until all one-hundred and fifty items of their grocerys are run through before trying to find their checkbooks. they use ATM's fer refinancing'n start lookin fer their checkbooks cuz they know yer waiting in line behind'em OT: ta take things outta context'n put'em in ma shopping bag |

hope everyone's weeks going good so far.. mine? man do I hurt.. feels like I was breakin in a new horse yesterday.. ouch 
woke to an overcast day.. looks like rain.. which is fine by me cuz I ain't doin nada taday.. slept okay.. but gettin outta bed this mornin was definitely a challenge.. had to ROLL out I sure cud use a full body massage oye..

... GPS??? never used it. I was in a friend's car once that had the GPS on. I told the driver to turn left, cuz I knew exactly where we were going. the danged GPS said to turn right. dead end road, then we approached another stop, GPS said to turn right again. no right only river. ... My experiences with GPS are fairly positive. It saves me a lot of thought (since my brain capacity is severely limited, I try to think as little as possible). Of course, we have to take GPS with a grain of salt. At times, the maps that GPS uses are badly out of date; this may account for the problems you encountered. wasn't my GPS.. I don't have one in my car.. not interested in one either.. however that was a lesson for the friend.. not to put too much stock in the GPS if I've been somewhere once.. I know how to get there the next time.. even if the next time is years after.. I guess you cud say I'm my own GPS.. plus.. I have road maps.. real paper ones.. the kind you get in a book full of maps.. lol personally I like using my brain.. |
