Thank you guys. Kate, the sun is definitely shining this morning, and I agree with your thoughts on the calm after the storm and the nerves setting in. Change is good, I love change...usually. It may just take a little time to get in the groove of everything. I am so grateful - there are many others out there who are having such a hard time just taking that next breath. Maybe no matter how many friends you have...you still feel alone? Sorry, I am just having one of those days. me too. only a liitle today, not yesterday, a lot on new years eve! I looked at your profile, and am experiencing some of the same things in my life. I think a lot of the "blues" just have to do with winter, not as much sunshine and fresh air. A little flirting around the boards helps cheer me up! Keep your chin up, there's good things yet to come. I'm certain!

M, I've missed you and hope you are well. I've felt that way and worse unfortunately. Like I can't find the positive no matter how hard I try. And then just breath. In and out. Look around you, really look. Find the things that make you smile. Search your mind for that one memory that always brings a smile to your face and warms your heart. Now breath again. Some days that's really all we can do.
Thank you Chrissy, that sounds like a very good idea. I have missed you all as well. I guess this past year is just catching up to me finally. Instead of running from it anymore, I am going to just turn around and face it so then it can pass. M, that is a very good decision and not a very easy one to make. Accepting something you know will be painful takes guts. You will get past it. Email me anytime if you need an ear, a laugh, a friend or just need a shoulder to cry on. Thank you so much |

oh yes....i think most of us have had one of those days, weeks, months, years...when love seems beyond our reach. And as we watch it chase after some, we wonder why it never seems to come after us. We think why should i even bother trying to find love...maybe all I really need is a good boink. Surely that will make me feel better, but then it only serves to make you feel even more alone, more vulnerable, more unworthy. I don't think I could have said it any better if I had tried...and I did. Thank you, Karma
