Welcome, jwbtexas. I have not been able to duplicate this problem on the mobile site or full site. So, we suggest emptying your cache and, if that doesn't work, rebooting your computer or mobile device.

A quick word on this matter:

We are overhauling the system and we sincerely apologize to the legitimate members that have been caught by the new measures. We are definitely making necessary changes/improvements to the system as it evolves. In the end, the site will be much better for it.

You may have to click the menu icon at the upper-left of the page, tta1128, followed by Settings, and finally the Logout option.

It's not a matter of not having enough accounts to go on, but your offer is not going unnoticed. It's more that we have to prioritize other key issues for a time. We will be in a position to address cases such as yours in the near future, though.

Please post the details about the problem, WorthyWayne. What type of phone do you have, exactly? What error message do you get when trying to install?

My only other advice would be to make sure that the photo is the right file type (gif, .jpg, or .bmp) and that the image is within our size restrictions. The number of pixels in a photo is limited to 10 million pixels. In other words, the product of width times length must not exceed 10000000.
